1. Support
We offer support for any product purchased from ThemeShine. Our support includes common issues, basic usage questions and bug fixes. Support does not include customization of themes beyond their original programming or Blogger / WordPress consultation. However, we do offer free installation service in addition to our general product support.
Please note that we are able to provide free installation once per order. You must request the free installation within 30 days of the original purchase.
2. Prohibition of Commercial Use
All design work belongs to © ThemeShine and the copyright shall remain so even after purchase. Please refrain from downloading, copying and claiming work as your own. Duplicating, reselling or distributing is strictly prohibited. Any copying or resale of our work will result in legal action.
Sharing of files is not permitted. Please direct your friends to this website instead of sharing your files.
3. Refunds, Cancellations and Returns
Due to the ease with which downloadable digital products can be reproduced and duplicated, we are unable to offer refunds of any kind once a digital product is downloaded. Please be 100% sure of your choice before purchasing your theme. There is no way to “return” it and thus returns will not be accepted. Read through the descriptions of products as well as the FAQ page before proceeding with your order.

4. Cross-Browser Compatibility
Our responsive templates are designed to work seamlessly with the latest versions of all major browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer. We are not responsible for inconsistencies that may appear with older browser versions, plugins or mobile devices.
Errors as a result of inexperienced attempts to code or modify the template are not our responsibility to fix. If you find yourself in this situation and ask us to fix the errors, then work will be chargeable.
5. Credit
A small credit link to ThemeShine will be placed in the footer of your template to let people know who created it. We have spent a lot of time developing our templates and we would greatly appreciate it if you would leave the credit in place.
6. Right of Refusal
ThemeShine reserves the right to refuse service to any client that does not comply with these terms of service.
